By engaging the services of the Law Office of Denny Borges PA, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms establish a binding legal agreement between you and the Law Office of Denny Borges PA regarding our legal services and representation.

All legal services and associated activities are conducted in strict compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as applicable regulations and the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct. The Law Office of Denny Borges PA is committed to ethical practices and adherence to legal standards in all client engagements.

The Law Office of Denny Borges PA provides legal services primarily within the state of Florida, unless otherwise specified. Any expansion beyond this scope requires prior agreement and may be subject to additional terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information required for our legal services. The Law Office of Denny Borges PA is not liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.

Client information is protected and handled in compliance with all applicable privacy laws and the attorney-client privilege. The Law Office of Denny Borges PA and any affiliated service providers will maintain confidentiality of client data, except as necessary to fulfill our legal services or as required by law.

The Law Office of Denny Borges PA is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from our legal services, including but not limited to data loss or changes in regulatory compliance. All legal actions are undertaken with due diligence; however, successful outcomes are not guaranteed.

You consent to the Law Office of Denny Borges PA using third-party vendors or service providers as deemed necessary to facilitate our legal services. Any third-party engagement will adhere to our standards for confidentiality and compliance.

Certain operational support functions are handled through our affiliated legal consulting firm, TCG Datae, which operates as a specialized service provider that assists Denny Borges, P.A. with:

• Client identification and verification
• Case research and documentation
• Notary coordination and field agent dispatch
• Document management and communications
• Call center and bilingual support operations

By engaging with Denny Borges, P.A., you acknowledge and consent to certain aspects of your matter being handled through TCG Datae as part of our internal operations infrastructure. TCG Datae adheres to all applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection standards, and operates solely under the direction and supervision of Denny Borges, P.A.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are NEVER shared with TCG Datae or any other third party for marketing purposes.

Service fees and legal representation costs are agreed upon in advance and documented in your individual engagement agreement. Payment terms and amounts are due within the timeframe specified on the issued invoice. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Law Office of Denny Borges PA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
