By engaging us for these services, you understand and agree that:

• Denny Borges, P.A. is not acting as your attorney in connection with the locator or recovery engagement.
• The services being provided are not legal services.
• The locator or recovery engagement does not create an attorney-client relationship.
• The protections that ordinarily arise from an attorney-client relationship, including attorney-client privilege and the duties associated with legal representation, do not apply solely because you have engaged Denny Borges, P.A. for locator or recovery services.
• Denny Borges, P.A. will not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation as part of the locator or recovery engagement.
• If a matter arises that requires legal advice or legal representation, you may consult independent legal counsel.
• Any legal representation by Denny Borges, P.A. would require a separate legal engagement, conflicts review, and written legal-services agreement.

Your decision to use Denny Borges, P.A. for locator or recovery services does not require you to retain Denny Borges, P.A. for any legal services.

By proceeding with the locator or recovery engagement, you acknowledge that you have been advised that the services are nonlegal and that the protections of an attorney-client relationship do not apply to the provision of those services.
