As a Claims Investigator, you will be responsible for:

Researching Unclaimed Assets: Using advanced tools and databases to locate unclaimed funds, properties, or other financial assets held by the State of Florida or other institutions.
Identifying and Verifying Ownership: Conducting thorough investigations to match rightful owners with unclaimed assets, including analyzing documents, public records, and legal documents.
Communicating with Clients: Contacting individuals and businesses to inform them about unclaimed assets and providing clear instructions on how to recover them.
Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with case managers, legal associates, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth recovery process for every client.
Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and professionalism in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
 
Skills and Qualifications
