💵 Payment Policy:
Standard payments are issued within 30–90 days after successful release of funds by the State. Elite and Professional members benefit from accelerated payments within 15 days. Contact the office immediately and return documents.

How do I return documents?

Always use the prepaid USPS/UPS/FedEx label provided.

Can I keep copies?

No. Notaries may not keep or reproduce documents.

Operational Guidelines

SSN Policy: Always request the full SSN for claim accuracy. If the client refuses, record at least the last 4 digits.
Stay with the Client: Remain present until all documents are fully signed and initialed. Never leave incomplete paperwork.
No Negotiations: Notaries may not discuss or alter fees. Any concerns must be directed to the office.
Document Quality: Only clear, scanned copies are accepted. Photos or blurry images are prohibited.
Original Return: Use only the prepaid shipping labels provided. Unauthorized carriers or delays may affect payment.
Professional Conduct: Dress appropriately, remain neutral, and act respectfully at all times to preserve client trust.
Reporting Issues: Immediately report any red flags such as fraud suspicion, unwilling signers, or missing documents.
