Responsibilities
Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the asset recovery process.
Documentation Management: Collect, review, and organize required client documentation to ensure compliance with legal and administrative standards.
Case Coordination: Collaborate with Claims Investigators, Legal Associates, and Administrative Support to move cases forward efficiently.
Timeline Oversight: Monitor the progress of each case, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Problem-Solving: Address any challenges or discrepancies in claims and work with the team to find effective solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain processes clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Organizational Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Empathy and Professionalism: Demonstrate understanding and patience when working with clients, particularly in sensitive situations.
Experience in Legal or Administrative Fields (Preferred): Knowledge of legal documentation and procedures is an advantage.
Proficiency with Technology: Comfortable using case management systems, spreadsheets, and other tools to track and manage client information.
