Call Center Agent

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional support and guidance while representing the professionalism and integrity of our firm.

 
Responsibilities
Client Communication: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing clear and professional assistance.
Guidance and Support: Address inquiries about unclaimed asset recovery, explain processes, and provide personalized solutions based on client needs.
Data Entry: Accurately document client information, updates, and interactions in the firm’s CRM system.
Problem Resolution: Handle concerns or challenges during the communication process with empathy and professionalism.
Collaboration: Work closely with Claims Investigators, Case Managers, and Administrative Support to ensure clients receive timely updates and resolutions.
Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates on their cases or to collect any missing information.
 
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism.
Empathy and Client Care: Demonstrate patience, understanding, and a client-first mindset in all interactions.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records of client interactions.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Resolve client concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Experience in Call Centers (Preferred): Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
