This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our firm and providing critical support to team members and clients.

 
Responsibilities
Clerical Support: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading client forms, reports, and correspondence.
Client Assistance: Respond to inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent customer service and redirecting calls when necessary.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure timely communication between departments.
Operational Support: Assist with office supplies management, record organization, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
 
Skills and Qualifications
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency with Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools.
Strong Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and proactive in addressing administrative challenges.
Experience in Office Administration (Preferred): Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
